Caymas 341CC Review: The Ultimate Offshore Center Console

If you’re serious about offshore fishing, cruising, and performance, the Caymas 341CC deserves your attention. This 33-foot center console from Caymas Boats delivers tournament-level capability, comfort, and cutting-edge engineering that exceeds expectations — whether you’re chasing tuna 30 miles offshore or enjoying a weekend adventure with family and friends.

Why the Caymas 341CC Stands Out

The Caymas 341CC is built around a patented SVVT hull (Stepped-Vee Ventilated Tunnel) designed by Michael Peters. This isn’t just marketing — the innovative hull increases speed by about 15% compared to conventional designs, improves fuel efficiency, and gives a dry, stable ride in rough conditions.

In practical terms, that means better performance and comfort on long runs, even when the seas get angry.

Designed for Fishing and Function

Every aspect of the 341CC is engineered for serious anglers:

Large 70-gallon transom livewell with premium Hooker pumps keeps bait lively.

Oversized fish boxes fore and aft give you room for big catches.

Lockable rod storage protects expensive tackle.

Hardtop with pass-through hatch provides shade and access without losing storage or rod holders.

On the water, owners report the powerful hull and engine combo delivers speeds north of 60 mph with triple outboards — and quick, confident acceleration when conditions change.

Comfort That Goes Beyond Fishing

Unlike some hardcore fishing boats that skimp on amenities, the Caymas 341CC blends utility with creature comforts:

Forward lounge seating integrates into the console for social space.

Porcelain head and Corian sink give convenience for longer trips.

Elevated helm station improves visibility and control, making long runs easier on the operator.

Families and friends will appreciate that this boat feels just as at home cruising Key West sunsets as it does chasing marlin at dawn.

Performance You Can Feel

One thing anglers and captains consistently highlight is the Caymas 341CC’s ride quality. The SVVT hull doesn’t just make the boat fast — it smooths out chop and minimizes pounding on rough open water.

At cruising speeds, owners report comfortable, fuel-efficient runs. At wide-open throttle with triple Verado 300s, the boat gets on plane quickly and holds strong — a must for offshore conditions.

Perfect for the Serious Boater

Whether your priority is fishing, cruising, or both, the Caymas 341CC checks all the boxes:

Big-water confidence

Ample storage and fishability

Comfortable design for long days

Exceptional engineering and build quality

If you’re considering a center console that doesn’t compromise, this model should be at the top of your list.
